Thornaby manager Neil Radigan and Thornaby Assistant manager Paul Edwards comments after the match:

" We went into the game in confident mood and kept the same team as we started v Norton. We found ourselves 3-0 down in 20 minutes and looked like we were going to get hammered, we managed to get 2 goals and went in 3-2 down. 2nd half we leaked a early goal and didn't recover then we conceded another 2 goals and were 5-2 down and looked dead and buried. We then got another 2 goals and maybe could of snatched a draw.    We didn't deserve a draw and Heaton will cause a lot of teams problems with there forwards.  But we have to dust ourselves down and look to Alnwick on Saturday, long season and we need to get points on the board.

Well my comments are that we started really slowly which i was really surprised with and the started to play some decent football in patches but then threw all our good work away by conceding another 2 goals in the 2nd half and then once again played some decent football to try and get back into the game. You cannot expect to concede 5 goal and still get a point out of the game.

Lets move onto Saturday's game vs. Alnwick. Come on Thornaby!
